“War and Peace” on the IT Market Is the Basic Theme of TechCrunch Moscow 2012

On December 9 and 10, the third international IT conference of the TechCrunch tech blog will be held at the Digital October center of new technologies and technological entrepreneurship. The conference will be dedicated to confrontation and cooperation in the areas of technologies, strategies, and business models on the IT market. The name of the basic theme of the event is “War and Peace.”

Participants in TechCrunch Moscow 2012 can expect two days full of interviews with market leaders and experts and discussions and presentations of startups. More than 30 speakers and around 900 participants are expected, among which are successful technological entrepreneurs, venture investors, and representatives of large media and IT companies from Russia, Europe, and the United States.

Recognize experts will share their opinions on key questions of the IT sector: serial entrepreneur and founder of Lastminute.com and Mydeco.com Brent Hoberman, founder of the Team Europe foundation Lukasz Gadowski, Anton Nosik, Representative of the Board of Directors of Mail.Ru Group Dmitry Grishin, Senior Partner at the Runa Capital foundation Sergei Belousov, and Managing Director of Kayak Europe Christian Saller, as well as representatives of the EBRD, Bessemer Venture Partners, and other companies.

The chief editor of TechCrunch Europe, Mike Butcher, and new-media entrepreneur and General Manager of AOL Ned Desmond will host TechCrunch Moscow 2012.

A live video broadcast will be carried out from TechCrunch Moscow in English and Russian on the tc.digitaloctober.com website.
