In this course we will share our insights on how to prepare for pitching your business plan to potential investors and how your financial model should look like, how to establish an optimal legal and tax structure when setting up your company, how to protect your intellectual property rights and how to prepare a company for entering international markets.

Tim Nicolle, Partner at PwC Russia Deals practice, shared his extensive project financing experience and spoke about the types of investors and differences about them, advantages and disadvantages of working with them depending on the stage of the project, type of the business and needs of an entrepreneur. He also advised about how a start-up should communicate with an investor, what is the difference in views on the company by investor and entrepreneur and how to reduce the gap. We also invited representatives of the venture capital and entrepreneur community to participate in our discussion.
