Yota held a free lecture dedicated to the principles of customer service on December 18.

Yota Customer Service Director Ekaterina Gelfand described Yota’s strategies and approach to communicating with clients, while Moscow Region Commercial Director Sergei Konkov described how these principles are put into practice in outlets.

Students and young specialists interested in customer services and sales found the event particularly useful. Anyone who was looking to start a career with Yota was able to attend an interview immediately after the lecture.
