October 23 – 25, 2014, 09:00 conference

CEE-SECR’s Software Development Conference is one of the biggest IT events in Russia, boasting a 10-year-long history. CEE-SECR will be marking this anniversary on October 23rd-25th at the Digital October Center, along with 1,000 attendees representing over 15 countries from around the world.

CEE-SECR specializes in the development of computer software in its manifold forms. This conference will highlight a wide range of technologies, methodologies, tools, and universally relevant issues regarding personnel training, project management, business development, entering the global market, and so on.

The conference’s main program will feature over one hundred presentations, discussions, lightning workshops, master classes, and more. Keynote presentations will be offered by leading world experts, including:

— Dino Esposito, Technical Evangelist for JetBrains and author of a popular series of books for .NET developers and architects (Microsoft Press);

— David Garlan, Professor in the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University;

Robert Farish, Vice President and Regional Director for Russia and the CIS at IDC;

Ben Shapiro, original architect of the Software Understanding Machine (SUM) -- this technology should come to life in the near future;

And others.
