CEE-SECR’s Software Development Conference is one of the biggest IT events in Russia, boasting a 10-year-long history. CEE-SECR will be marking this anniversary on October 23rd-25th at the Digital October Center, along with 1,000 attendees representing over 15 countries from around the world.
CEE-SECR specializes in the development of computer software in its manifold forms.
