Fantasy boosts business: presentation of screenless display
The creators of the Displair interactive airborne display, developed by a company of the same name, took to the stage at Digital October on March 28.
We first heard about the screenless display in 2010 and three years later, with investments of around one million dollars, as well as experience participating in some of the largest European and American hi-tech conferences, the team is now ready to demonstrate the pilot version of the product.
Displair comprises a projector and water-vapor display, capable of showing any multimedia content. The display has supported multi-touch functionality since 2011, which allows several users to interact with the same image at once.
One could find out how the display works, what it’s capable of, its potential application in the advertising and gaming industries, as well as other business applications, at the public presentation.
