On March 14th at Digital October, the PwC Center for Technology and Innovation continueed its series of interactive workshops, “Rules of the Game: A Crash Course for the Innovative Entrepreneur,” dedicated to the key aspects of building a successful tech company. The topic of this seminar was “Market Analysis: Find Out Who Your Clients Are.”
Ekaterina Shapochka, one of the organizers of the PwC Center for Technology and Innovation in Russia and a director with more than 16 years of experience working in marketing and business development, told about key aspects of analyzing market research when starting a new business project. Another participants of the discussion were Olga Menshikova, business development manager at the PwC Center for Technology and Innovation, and experts representing leading innovative startups. During the seminar, there was a discussion of what features are peculiar to the startup market, how to understand whether your idea will be in demand on the market, why you should listen to the foresight of leading players, and whether copying the Western model of business in Russia is worthwhile.
